This week, we take a look at Lady Antebellum’s “Lookin’ For a Good Time:”
Charles Kelley, Hillary Scott and Dave Haywood got together to write this one with songwriter Keith Follese. They wanted to create something fun and flirty about a night out. You know, how you’re hanging at the bar and you might meet someone? Lady A says wrote it about life in your 20s – a stage they all were in at the time!
The trio released the tune as the second single off their self-titled debut album in 2008…
